09:00 AM | Briefing & Preparation Your adventure begins at Shose Chalets and Farmhouse. Upon arrival, you will meet your professional local guide for a safety briefing and equipment fitting. Once you are comfortable with your bicycle and helmet, we set off.
The German Legacy & Village Life Our first stop is the historical Moshi–Arusha bridge. Built during the German colonial era, this architectural relic offers a perfect opportunity for photography and a brief history lesson on Tanzania’s pre-independence landscape. From here, we pedal into Boro Village, where the scent of coffee blossoms fills the air. You will ride alongside local farmers and experience the rhythm of village commerce and agriculture.
Rivers & Highlands The trail leads us across gentle rivers and through the winding paths of Kibosho East. This section of the tour offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the region, characterized by lush greenery and a cooling mountain breeze.
Ancient Echoes: Nubi Cave & Lunch We arrive at the Nubi Cave, where we pause to relax and enjoy a packed lunch amidst nature. Following our meal, we head underground. Your guide will lead you through the tunnels built by the Chagga people long before the colonial era, explaining the strategic and cultural significance of these remarkable structures.
The Old Kibosho Church The final leg of our journey takes us to the historic Kibosho Church. Marvel at the colonial-era architecture and visit the nearby graves, which serve as silent narrators of the region’s complex and fascinating past.
